UNICORN GLOW Gel Pencil Liner

This long-lasting, waterproof gel formula comes in the convenience of a pencil delivering a highly-pigmented, ultra-smooth shimmery black to define eyes.

Line top and bottom lash lines to enhance and define your eyes. Use a light touch for a soft, natural line. Use a firmer touch for a bolder, more dramatic line. Smudge along top and bottom lash lines for a smokey effect. Always cap eyeliner after each use.

For external use only. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Discontinue use if signs of irritation appear. If in eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not store in extreme heat, cold or under direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
