1. Remove the foot mask from the packaging and gently tear along the dotted line.
2. Slide your clean feet into the sock booties (slightly damp skin works best). Adjust and fasten the strap comfortably around your ankles and massage in the essence.
3. Leave on for 15 minutes while you kick back or do what you need to do. (Slippers are recommended if you’re going to move around).
4. Remove the socks and massage the remaining essence into your feet, ankles and calves until fully absorbed.
