PRODUCTS
Animal Testing / Cruelty Free
Our products are tested on our employees, friends and family, but never (ever) on animals. We are against animal testing and ensure our manufacturers adhere to this same principle. We believe in safe and effective testing alternatives, while ensuring product and consumer safety.
Adverse / Allergic Reaction
We recommend discontinue use immediately and contact your medical professional if you feel necessary. They can provide you details on what ingredient you may have had a reaction to. Please contact us at cs@dkcos.com to inform us of the product you were using and the reaction that occurred.
Ex. All Karuna products are safe and gentle to use. If you experience an adverse reaction, remove the mask immediately and cleanse face of all serum from the skin surface. If redness persists, apply Aloe Vera or a cold compress. Should you experience a prolonged reaction, contact your doctor or dermatologist.
Skin Sensitivity
To test your skin’s sensitivity, apply a small amount of the mask serum to the back of your hand or forearm to monitor for any type of reaction.

Frequency of Mask Usage
2-3 times per week is generally recommended, but there's no requirement as it depends on user's skin condition. You can use a mask daily!
Pregnant / Breastfeeding
*** We do not use hazardous ingredients for any of our products, however, it is always best to consult your healthcare professional before beginning new skin regimes.
Different Consistency
*** We use natural ingredients with no harmful chemicals. Due to the nature of the ingredients, the consistency and scent may differ.

No! We are so used to saying "Yes," but are happy to say there are NO phthalates in our products.
